These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made on the Italina website.

Article 2 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of food and grocery products offered via Click & Collect only .

No home delivery is offered.

Article 3 – Products

The products offered are:

  • Pizzas

  • Prepared meals

  • Arancini

  • Sliced ​​deli meats made to order

  • Italian grocery products

The photographs are shown for illustrative purposes only and are not contractual.

The sale of alcohol to minors under 18 years of age is prohibited (Art. L3342-1 CSP). Identification may be requested upon collection.

Fresh products and preparations are made to order.

Article 4 – Order

Order confirmation implies:

  • Unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

  • The obligation to pay

A confirmation email is sent after payment is validated.

Italina reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a technical problem, exceptional disruption or force majeure.

Article 5 – Price

Prices are shown in euros (€) including VAT.

Italina reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

Article 6 – Payment

Payment is made online via the secure payment methods offered on the website.

The order is validated only after payment confirmation.

Article 7 – Order Collection (Click & Collect)

Orders can be collected at the following address:

The client agrees to arrive at the chosen time.

In case of significant delay, Italina does not guarantee the optimal quality of the prepared products.

Any order not collected will not be eligible for a refund for fresh products.

Article 8 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

  • Perishables

  • Prepared to order

  • Customized

Pizzas, prepared meals, arancini and sliced ​​deli meats cannot be returned or refunded.

Non-perishable grocery items can be returned within 14 days if they are unopened and in perfect condition.

Article 9 – Liability

Italina cannot be held responsible:

  • Due to poor product storage after withdrawal

  • From consumption after the recommended date

  • An allergy or intolerance may occur if the customer has not checked the ingredients.

Allergens can be provided upon request.

Article 10 – Personal Data

The data collected is necessary for order processing.
They are neither resold nor given away to third parties.

In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has a right of access, rectification and deletion.

Article 11 – Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred.

Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of Italina's registered office.
